Touchscreen has protective film on it. It is not damaged (as it may appear in the photo to be scratched…it isn’t). Looks to be complete. Comes with everything seen here, including sealed AA batteries, deadbolt, screws, and box. QR code on box can lead you to manuals and installation instructions. Also the serial number and code are included.
