Appears to be either new or very very lightly used, I tested the pump and it worked perfectly with no issues, it has very light rust on the top threads but not on the side as seen in pictures. Guaranteed to work. Has all parts, missing only the manual. it’s in original box.
This was a return so likely someone bought the wrong size pump.
