We DO NOT accept returns for items, unless it is found to be faulty. If this is the case, please message us. Please understand we are a liquidation warehouse so our items consist of brand new overstock, used items, damaged box items. Packaging may not be perfect. We try to describe everything as accurately as possible - but we are human and do make mistakes!
